Refund and Shipping Policy


After receipt of order, our internet orders are shipped within 3 – 5 business days for items in stock.

At this time, we ship all orders through the Postal Service via media mail. Large orders can be shipped by UPS by special request.

Journey Road LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.


All sales are final.

However, in the event that a product from Journey Road LLC is defective, you may return your product within 30 days of receipt of your transaction. Upon receipt of your return, the full price of your purchase will be refunded, excluding the shipping cost. Unfortunately, shipping expenses are non-refundable. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange something for the same item because of a defect, please send us an email through the contact page on the website.
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund.
